Project Overview:
Coopergenomics user base had primarlily been clinicians in the past, however there was a growing audience of patients. After our audit, we determined that the new site we would set out to create needed to have a strong focus on education and research, which would be relevant to both groups. Our overall goals were to create a simple and intuitive user experience, optimize the site for search engine performance (SEO), and to offer more content that patients would find relevant (with a focus in NIPT).
